Zolvix™ Plus gift with purchase promotion – Terms and Conditions
- Information on Elanco’s Zolvix Plus 2 x 5L gift with purchase promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions (together the Terms and Conditions).
- The Promotion is run in participating retail stores and veterinary clinics within New Zealand and is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
- To participate in the Promotion, participants must purchase 2 x 5L packs of Zolvix Plus (Qualifying Product) from a participating New Zealand retail store or veterinary clinic during the period from 3rd March 2025 to 30th May 2025 (both dates inclusive) (Promotion Period).
- For each 2 x 5L purchase of Qualifying Product purchased during the Promotion Period, the participant will receive, at the time and place of purchase of such Qualifying Product, a Zolvix Plus Sheep Applicator Gun 8mL and a Zolvix Plus Backpack. Gun (Gift with Purchase) whilst stocks last.
- The Gift with Purchase is only valid for this Promotion and is not exchangeable, negotiable or redeemable for cash.
- Purchases of any products other than the Qualifying Product or purchases of Qualifying Product in less than 2 x 5L quantities do not qualify for the Gift with Purchase under this Promotion.
- If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss or damages) incurred by the participant or any other person or their animals as a result of or in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Gift with Purchase.
