Why Choose Bayvarol™ Strips?
For the diagnosis and control of Varroa mites in beehives
Best efficacy is to be expected when Bayvarol is used in the late summer after the honey harvest. The strips should not be used during peak honey flow periods. However, Bayvarol can be used at any time of the year for diagnosis or in severe infestations where there is a threat to the survival of the colony.
If emergency treatment for an infestation is necessary while honey supers are present comb honey should not be sold.
Read Label before use.
Ensures the product always conforms to the highest quality standards
’Hard Chemicals’ such as Bayvarol and amitraz based products still provide the cornerstone of varroa control
Rotation between chemical groups at alternate spring and autumn treatments is considered the most effective way to slow the development of resistance.
