- Two pHs were used: pH 3.0 to represent the abomasum and, more importantly, pH 6.5 to represent the rumen and hindgut where most of the toxin damage is done.

What Are Mycotoxins?
Mycotoxins are toxic compounds produced by fungi that are introduced to animals by contaminated feed. Feed ingredients such as Assist+ act directly on the feed and feed contaminants, binding or altering the mycotoxins both pre- and post-consumption in order to provide safe feed for your dairy cattle.
