How much is drench resistance costing you?

Elanco conducted 171 DrenchChecks in co-operation with sheep and wool producers and their advisors who participated in the Zolvix Plus Challenge between 2022 and 2024.¹ In 77 of these tests, the drench controlled ≤95% of the worms present at the time of treatment, indicating the evidence of resistance to that drench.

Keen to try Zolvix Plus?

Zolvix Plus is a unique combination drench that contains monepantel, the only member of the amino-acetonitrile derivative (AAD) or ‘orange’ class of anthelmintics, and abamectin. As short acting, broad spectrum drenches with different modes of action, monepantel and abamectin are ideal combination partners.

Ready to take the Zolvix Plus Challenge?

Good agricultural practice is essential for optimal worm control. Resistance may develop to any chemical. Ask your local veterinary practitioner or animal health advisor for recommended parasite management practices for your area to reduce development of resistance. It is advisable that a resistance test be conducted before any parasite treatment is used. Use in accordance with the registered label directions and regional drench decision guidelines (www.wormboss.com.au).

Zolvix Plus contains 25g/L monepantel and 2g/L abamectin. Zolvix™ , Elanco and the diagonal bar logo are trademarks of Elanco or its affiliates. ©2025 Elanco or its affiliates.
