Ready to share your sheep farming story with the world? Elanco, with sheep gurus Nerys White and Matt Blyth, is searching for a dynamic farmer to star in a video series... But it's not just about the spotlight! This is your chance to showcase the transformative power of sustainable parasite management, highlighting how data-driven strategies improve farm health, profitability, and sustainability.

Who can apply?

To maximise the benefits for both the farm and the wider sheep industry, we are looking for a farmer with at least 220 ewes and who plans to finish most of their lambs. Applicants should have the desire and authority to be able to implement changes on farm.

We are particularly interested in working with farmers who are at the beginning or in the early stages of adapting their parasite management practices. If you have started conducting Faecal Egg Counts (FECs) and collecting data but are unsure how to best utilise this information, you would be an ideal candidate.

The successful farmer will receive tailored consultancy advice from Nerys and Matt. To achieve the best parasite control, it is essential that all advisors are involved and work together, so Nerys and Matt will collaborate with your own vet and SQP, to ensure the advice is customised to meet the specific needs of your farm. A one-size-fits-all approach does not work!

The professional video content generated will be for you to use on your social media and you will receive support from media experts and agencies.

What will be involved?

The project will include up to 8 days of filming throughout 2025 and 2026. Additionally, we would want you to post updates on social media throughout the year, showcasing what you do day to day on your farm, with a particular focus on your parasite management throughout the year.
